We are opening again on May 28-30.
We’re excited to see you all.
Hello Everyone!
It was so good to see so many of you come out to our event last Saturday. We have tried everything we know of to keep you safe in this crazy world we’re living in right now. But life has to go on and each of us is responsible for what we decide to do during this new time in our lives. I respect every one’s decisions for staying away or going out. That has been what has made our country so great. We don’t all have to think alike, dress alike, or decorate alike. I love freedom!
I hope your Mother’s Day was wonderful. But, I know that day is hard for a lot of women. I think it should be a day that we celebrate all women, not just Mothers.
For instance my younger daughter told me the day before Mother’s Day is Dog Mom’s day. She has just adopted a dog. And to tell you the truth, that dog has won the lottery with her as her owner. However, sometimes a dog does not realize how good she has it. This dog has to put up with an over-zealous Dog Mom. 😊 (Note the dog chart on the wall. She remembers how I used to develop habits in my girl’s lives.)
Don’t know if it’s going to work in the dog’s life.

And then there’s my son and he expresses his love for his mom with lots of love and affection.
April was so nice to give me a card and gift as she is so busy getting her daughter’s wedding ready. (Wait is it her daughter’s wedding? It seems like April is doing all the heavy lifting.😀 Maybe that’s the way it is when you are the mother of the bride.

And then my daughter in Colorado surprised me with a Face time Call and a beautiful card. It was so good to talk to her daughters and her.
But lastly, my composer daughter sent me this amazing poem which I will cherish for the rest of my life. She has always loved Dr. Seuss. So as you read it, read it in the rhythm that you would read a Seuss book. The funny thing–it’s so true about who I am. Funny quirks I have–but true to who I am.

I hope this was fun to get a glimpse of our life here. Just wanted to keep it real. I’m struggling with the same things you are during this time. We didn’t get together as a family and that was very hard. I miss touching all of my grandkids and spoiling them with things they shouldn’t have. I so hope things get back to normal. (Whatever normal is,)
One thing that I know is normal is being able to be with the family and all of you. I miss everyone so much.
We’re going to be open the last week of May for 3 days! Yay! Hopefully, I’ll be able to get lots of items ready.
Hope to see you May 28, 29 and 30.
Thursday 10 to 6
Friday 10 to 5
Saturday 10 to 3
Blessings!
Debbie
