Hello all you wonderful people. I miss you all so much. I hope we’re getting closer to opening up. Sometimes it’s so discouraging to walk out to the shop and see all of the wonderful products just waiting to find a good home. I have so many beautiful products that are just sitting there and I want to cry. So what do I do to keep from having a good cry? Many things, and that I am going to share with you in this newsletter.

Hopefully, I can share this in an orderly manner and that it will help some of you to keep on keeping on.

Here’s what I do to keep my spirits up through these times. It helps keep me sane.

1. I get up, put my makeup on, do my big hair that feels like this:

(Found on Facebook)

Then have my devotions. This is what my devotions said this morning.(From Romans 11: 35-36) What peace it brought. To know and to remind myself that God has got this, gives me a peace that passes all understanding.(For a while, until I listen to the news.) I love the words to this hymn–On Christ the Solid Rock I stand. All other ground is sinking sand.

Ok. There’s your sermon for today. You can take it or leave it. It’s up to you.

3. So here’s the exercise program. I’ve been doing aerobics. Never thought I would love this type of exercise as much as I do. I am glad no one is watching me do this because I am so challenged in this area. I remember when I was in the 8th grade, one nine weeks my PE teacher flunked me that grading period. Now that I see how uncoordinated I am, I can see why. I look at all these ladies and think they must have been gym leaders in my 8th grade P.E. class. They made everything look so easy. 😧😖 However, if you know me. I don’t give up easily. Here is the link for “Fitness over Fifty.

It’s great and I love it. It’s almost an hour of aerobics. Some strengthening and stretching exercises. Hope you like them.

So if we get to go out this next week, I hope you’ll watch our emails and see if we’re going to be able to open. I’ll probably be wearing a mask because I’m in that vulnerable population. Although, I don’t feel like I’m part of the “elderly” population.

Blessings and hope to see you May 6, 7 and 8. We’ll keep you posted.

Debbie
