It was great to see and meet so many of you at the Women’s Fair. We hope you have marked your calendar for our first showing of Springtime on Prairie Creek, March 25-27th. The barn is being prepared to usher in a new, fresh season of warmth and sunshine.

Earlier Debbie showed you a few things we found at market in January, so I thought I’d show you a few more. This is just one of the new lamps we are stocking the store with. We chose some that really made a decorating statement.

We also brought in some additional Mary Carol (of Nell Hills) pieces that we are excited about. While we were there, we were able to join other buyers in singing Happy Birthday to her. (She is the one on the left pointing to her cake).

You saw the picture Debbie posted of me with the skeleton. Since all is fair in love, war, and family businesses, I had to share this one with you.

Some of you know that I really admire Candice Olson and her work. (Watch her show Divine Design on HGTV). She does an awesome job of mixing decorating styles. (And her sewing specialist even uses the same sewing machine that I do. Great taste, Terry!)
I was able to see her live at Market a couple of years ago, but the cell phone camera didn’t take a great picture. So, I thought this was the next best thing. Even in photographic life, I have to look UP to her–literally.
