Adventures at market. Just to add a little more to the feel of what market is like, I wanted to share some pictures with you about the fun we had and the products we purchased.

One of the first things we talk about before we arrive at market, is that we need to find new and different vendors. Not that we don’t like our tried and true vendors, we just want to have new and different looks to bring you. This one was a great new find. (We hope.) Our fun little rep. kept our spirits bright as we bought these adorable snow people. The look of these is a little vintage, but will be adorable in a traditional setting as well as contemporary. A little quirky are they, but so much fun. I can already feel the snow falling. This vendor had soooo many great finds.

I don’t know why, but I am always a sucker for vintage cow prints. It’s certainly not because I’m a country girl. Maybe it’s because it reminds me of my father-in-law and how hard he worked on the farm. Whatever, I can’t wait for you to see these. These prints are a great one for bringing that vintage look into a traditional home.

One of the prerequisites for a good rep.( we think) is that they are fun. This is one we really like and she is from our own area here in Kansas.

One of the buying tips we learned last year from you is that you want really nice ribbon. Well, we’ll be bringing it to you this year. This is a vendor that had some of the greatest bolts of ribbon. I can’t wait for you all to see these. Have you ever thought of giving a bolt of ribbon as a gift?

New Artwork will be arriving. Yaaaaaay!!!! We loved these.

What better way to end our trip than to treat ourselves to cupcakes!!!! It was January and the temperature in Dallas was 76 degrees. So it looks like it was summer time outside this cupcake trailer. We were hot and a little sweaty, but it didn’t deter us from standing in line for cupcakes. It cost me five dollars for those little cupcakes. (And I do mean little. More of a mini muffin size.) It was worth every last crumb.

Hope you’re planning for our first spring event March 28, 29, 30 and 31st. Notice we’ve added an extra day for you.
