Debbie Futhey - Floral designer at Memories of HomeOctober Event
October 26 – 30

Happy fall, y’all! You would think I’ve been in Georgia or something like that saying y’all. Maybe even Texas. But no I’ve been here working, working, working. We’re getting ready for our Christmas event beginning October 26th through the 30th. Each week the new products keep trickling in. When I unwrap them it’s almost like Christmas because I don’t even remember that I ordered them it’s been so long ago.

But, I wanted you to see some of the new products that we’ll be showing at our Christmas open house.

So many of you had wanted to see my autumn arrow hangers that I had coming in. I wished I had had the autumn ones at our last event, but they just now came in along with the Christmas ones. So here goes:

What’s not to love about this little guy. I don’t know what type of dog he is, but he sure won my heart.

And who doesn’t love a squirrel in the autumn months. There’s so much fun to watch as they’re gathering their nuts for the winter. This one is no exception.

Here’s a hanger for the arrows, that could be used anytime of the year. Just add your favorite garland or flowers and she’s ready for the season no matter what it is.

Here’s one that will excite the children that come to your home or they even live in your home. Who doesn’t love Christmas? I love his black and white checked pants. A new style for Santa.

And I think you could use this snowman all winter long. At least you could have one snowman during the Kansas winter. Last year we did have a substantial snow, but the years prior we could’ve never built a snowman for the most part.

With the weather still in the 80s here, it does seem hard to imagine that we will be experiencing really cold weather before long. That will really get us in the mood for the upcoming winter months and Christmas.

There’s so much more we’ve been working on. My husband, I think, has enjoyed putting his building talents to work these last few weeks. I’ll show you a picture of them in the next newsletter. I doubt if we will have any left after I show you them in this newsletter, but you’ll see them at our next show. And if not at that one during our event the week of Thanksgiving. My husband has a lot on his plate right now, so we’ll see.

Hope this is keeping you all informed of some of the products we’ve been getting in and making. Next week I’ll show you more.

Blessings!
Debbie
