We're Getting Ready for Our Patriotic Event!

Hello Everyone,

Happy Spring to all of you! It’s been cloudy and raining here for almost a week. I know… the farmers say we need the rain and I am sure that we do, but if you have been blessed (or cursed) with curly, frizzy hair, this weather does crazy things to my hair. Oh the joys of curly hair! But I digress.

I am so thrilled. even with the humidity, that things are starting to get back to our “normal” whatever that is now. But I am grateful that there’s more activity going on and we’re starting to see more faces with smiles. YAY!!!!

And yes, we’ve received more items that were supposed to be here in the early spring. But, it still looks great and won’t go bad like perishable goods.

As we get ready for our Patriotic event I have just one thing to say. Thank you, God, that we’ve made it this far and we’re excited at the prospect of opening up new and exciting roads to travel down. And even at my age, different roads can be a little spooky, but He’s been faithful my whole life and I don’t plan to doubt Him now.
