April and I just returned from a week at market. I am still trying to recoup from the many long days and hours of being on our feet. Some days we never sat down except to visit the ladies room and most of the days we were at market for 12 hours. Meals were on the run and usually it was just snack food. It sounds like it would be glamorous to go to market and see the latest in the design world. But, no one talks about the “grunt” work you have to do. Yes it’s lots of fun. Yes, you meet lots of talented people. And yes, it’s incredible to see the latest styles and merchandise. But it is stressful and VERY busy. And yes, I love it.
We found lots of great treasures for you this season. We are enthusiastic about you seeing them, too. We’ll be sending our schedule out of when we’re open here in the next couple of weeks. We’re hoping for an incredible year of seeing so many of you and helping you decorate your homes.
By the way, I think the second floral design class has 1 or 2 more openings. So sign up fast as the registration closes on February 1st. I am so looking forward to having you all that have registered in the two classes. I know it will be a lot of fun.
