Galentine/Ridiculous Event and Sale February 6, 7, and 8
Snow in Kansas is not like it is in Dallas, Texas. I just wanted to share a little about our trip to Market with you.
We had a great market, but we did have some surprises along the way. When we finished our shopping at the market on Thursday we headed to our hotel anticipating a delicious meal at a great restaurant. To our surprise, there were no restaurants to be found that were open.
Yep, there was a little snow but nothing like we experience in Kansas. Surely, not to shut everything down.
But the local 7-11 market saved our day. It was great to eat bean dip, spinach dip, and corn and potato chips. But the greatest part of all was the ice cream for dessert.
It certainly didn’t dampen our spirits as we looked forward to a great meal at our favorite Mexican restaurant the next evening.
We’re looking forward to seeing all of you in a couple of weeks. I’m sure you’ll be able to snag some great bargains.😜
