Hello Everyone,

I hope you all have had a great New Year’s holiday. So as always, it’s time to move onward and upward. And, as the slogan says, “Bravely, Onward!”

Snow was such a treat for our new year. Our family made the most of it.

So to keep you all up to speed, April and I leave for market on Thursday. We’ll be picking out new items for our 2021 Holiday Season as well as picking items for the Spring/Summer months. As always, I love going to market because I come home with so many fresh new ideas and plans for the upcoming year. Needless to say, it’s like a shot of adrenaline for the coming months. I already have new ideas running through my mind for areas in the shop, but I just need some inspiration from products we’ll be getting in.

Of course, all my ideas could change at the drop of a hat if I find something more interesting that I want to pull from. (And you can bet I will!) April, my partner and daughter, once said to me, “Why is when you have all of these ideas, it causes Dad and I so much more work?” They usually get on board and if not, I do it anyway.

I’ll keep you posted on all the new products we’ll be getting in. I have some of the spring products already picked out, so I’m looking forward to adding to it with beautiful products and ideas.

Right now, one of my biggest challenges is getting my shoes that are comfortable together to wear at market. And believe me, comfort is a high priority when you have shopped for 12 hours. I do think we’re probably going to cut back on the number of hours we stay at the market this year, but know we’ll do at least 10 hours on some days.

And yes, you are all worth it!

Hopefully, my next newsletter will be about some of the new finds, trends, and colors that we’re seeing this year.

Talk to you in a week or so.

Blessings!
Debbie
