Autumn Event

Wednesday, 10 to 5:30 PM
Thursday, 10 to 5:30 PM
Friday, 10 to 5:30 PM
Saturday, 10 to 3:00 p.m.

I know you are all getting ready for a fabulous Labor Day weekend. Me, too! I’ve decided that I’m going to have the shop all staged and ready by Friday, and then I’m going antiquing, shopping and just do something I haven’t done for 6 months. Wow! That’s a long time for me to go without buying a new pair of shoes. (I hope my husband doesn’t read this.)

But, just a short note to remind you to pack up your girlfriends and come enjoy the beginning Autumn Event here at Memories of Home. As always, I’m excited about ushering a new season. Why is it I never get tired of Autumn?

April, of The Added Touch, and I are busy trying to get new events scheduled since so many of the shows we’re doing are not going to be hosting them this year. We’ve added an extra weekend to our Autumn schedule this September, September 24-26. But of course, our first Autumn Event is September 8-12.

Then in October, we’re going to have a sneak preview of the Christmas event October 15-17. That event is to take the place of our show that we do in Arkansas. So all of you coming from so far away, remember I promised you a list of so many fabulous little boutiques here in this area. It will be like a progressive dinner but with different shops with lots of handmade items as well as great products from who knows where. For that matter, I’ve already had some customers around here ask for that list. I think we all just want to see people and not have a large crowd around us.

Even though times have been tough the last few months, our passion to provide you with magnificent finds has not. We’ll never give up on doing that. Unless, of course, I go to be with Jesus.😊
