Fall Mini Event
September 22, 23 and 24

Hello Friends!

We can’t thank you enough for the love and support you gave us for our first Autumn Event of the season. The traffic was steady and we were so pleasantly surprised to see so many of you! We do have a mini event on the last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this month. That’s September 22, 23, and 24. Hopefully, the weather will be cooler and hopefully, we’ll be able to serve our famous hot cider.

I’ll be working on Autumn these next two weeks, but I’m also excited about beginning Christmas items. Most every event people ask me what was the biggest selling item. Well, this past event was, hands down, my small florals. So you can bet I’m going to be working on some for the next event as well as those unique Christmas antiques that I love creating. As always, I can’t wait for you to see some of my not-so-usual creations. Which helps me segue into my next paragraph.

My husband, and of course our son Joel are going out “junkin” this next week. Joe is taking the day off to just be with me and look for unique finds, as well as antiques that I can build my creations on. My husband is very busy with all of his other interests and I hate to take away time from those fun things for him to do. But he’s already got our stops picked out so probably at least a full day of hard work, but fun hard work. My son, Joel, isn’t quite as excited about it, but if we can find a McDonalds or Freddy’s around, I’m sure he’ll be OK with the whole short outing.

Hopefully, we’ll be able to find some great stuff that you’ll see at our next event, September 22, 23, and 25. That’s a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. And I’ve received some new products already for that event. I’ll even be making new arrangements for that event.

I can’ wait to get started on some of the projects I reimagined when I was at market. They show us the possibilities and we reinvent the whole thing. It usually always looks so different after we’re done with it. I so appreciate the encouragement I receive from you as you come into the store. These angel wings were some I fell in love with. I can’t wait to get them done. They are definitely limited in quantities.

Can’t wait to share what some of the great finds we find on our little day of expedition. But most of all, I can’t wait to turn them into something that brings special memories to you from days gone by.

Love you all!
Debbie
