Our first Autumn 🍂 event is September 10 through the 14. ‘
As I’m writing this email, the weather today is supposed to be near 100°. So I know for most of us, it really doesn’t seem like fall yet, but I promise it will come. It already feels like it has come in the shop.
Every year brings a new collection of products and I am happy to say that almost 90% of the products are products that I’ve made. I don’t know if you’ve noticed but in most stores the autumn merchandise is now all Halloween.
We don’t do much Halloween, but I have always liked jack-o’-lanterns with happy faces. So I can’t wait for you to see some of these that I’ve created. They were so much fun.
Also, I know it’s kind of my thing, if you will, to do a lot of florals. This year, I’ve done something really different and look forward to making it different for each of the seasons. This hanging wreath can be switched out for all seasons and I had so much fun making it. My husband made the stand and I think he took on the challenge quite well.
And of course, April of the Added Touch has brought in some really cute clothes for the autumn season. I can’t wait for you to see them as I couldn’t help but drool over some of her new fashions that will take you from early fall till very late fall.
So mark your calendars, September 10 through the 14th for our first autumn event of the season. We look forward to seeing you Tuesday through Saturday that week.
And also before I forget, our second Autumn event in September will be when we have our “make it and take it” session. It’s September 26, 27 and 28. That’s a Thursday Friday and Saturday. We will be making peppermint sticks. They’re easy and lots of fun.
