What better way to kick the spring season off than to jumpstart your wardrobe for the spring/summer season 2024 with the new fashions that The Added Touch is bringing to the shop March 26-30?
As many of you probably have figured out, I love clothes. I try to temper that love, but so many times, I just can’t resist. I blame it on my high school days.
I know, that was a very long time ago. However, the memory is quite vivid. I had five dresses to my name when I was in high school. (In those days, you wore dresses to school every day. Especially, since I was in what they called secretarial training and we went to work after our last class in the afternoon.)
I had two pairs of blue jeans and several tops. That was it. My closet looked nothing like it does now, to which I am quite ashamed to admit. I am trying to cleanse my closet, but it’s so hard when I love so many tops, 👗 and pants.
And it is especially hard, when April, of The Added Touch, brings so many items to the shop that I like. For starters, here goes:
Love this total look. The pants remind me of some of my lounge pants. But no, they’re for everyday wear. Think comfort!!!
And then the jacket, will be perfect for spring and summer use especially when you go into a restaurant or somewhere that’s cool inside yet hot outside in the summertime and you just need a little coverage for the arms. Love it!
And speak of comfort, I have one of these that is similar to this, and I would wear it every day if it weren’t a fashion, faux pas.
This skirt will take You from spring to summer, and would even look great for Easter Sunday.
Eyelet is really a popular fabric this year. And this blouse is so appealing not only in spring, but in summer. This jacket will look great topping it off.
Everything she’s brought in is so comfy. I guess you can tell what’s important to me, huh?
And this little top is so forgiving as it’s very full, but hangs and drapes nicely around our hips. I can see white both on the top and the pants. But maybe you’ve got something better to pair it with!
I’m working on a piece of furniture right now to have ready for this event, so I must go. But, hope to see you March 26 through the 30th.
