It looks as though we’ll be newsletter and Facebook for the regular delivery of all the upcoming announcements for the store. The postcard will have to take a break for a while. Sometimes we just need to make decisions at a moment’s notice and a postcard takes at least 10 days to 2 weeks to turn around and get it to you. So sometimes, by then, this is old news that we are delivering. And of course, we do not want you to have “old news.”
So as we are adapting to the crazy news of this world, we are going to add more days to our store schedule. Many of the shows to which we travel are being cancelled right and left. It’s so sad! However, I understand that there is so much behind the scenes that goes into these shows that no one even knows. So as we are being dealt a bushel of lemons this year, let’s make a delicious lemonade out of these lemons.
We are going to add another event to our September event schedule. Of course our Autumn Event will still be September 8-12. But we’ll add another 3 days at the end of the month. You can bet, between shows we’ll be getting ready new products to add to each show that we are having.
The second event will be September 24-26. You’ll still have a lot of time to get those beautiful Autumn touches in your home. And remember, I love to help you create beauty in your home with the products we have here. Usually in the afternoon, I have time to help you put together the looks that you see in the store.
This mantle can take you right into the Christmas Season with just a few added elements. And then if you subtract your Christmas items, and add some all season products–you’ll be able to keep the whole mantle through the winter months. September through early March will work for this mantle.
Should the only time you have to come to the shop be in the morning, please know I will try my hardest to take care of you as well as all the other guests. When April, of The Added Touch, is not available we have very competent people helping us. You all are worth so much to all of us. We are trying our best to handle a lot of different jobs during these wild times.
So how do you plan your trip to the shop if you are worried about crowds? Come in the afternoon around 1:00. Usually it holds true for most days. However, I can’t promise anything. I never know!
So, The Added Touch and Memories of Home would love for you all to come to our events in September. And remember, we’re working to get in new products for each new event. So come to them all. We’d love to see you!
