Hello Everyone!

What were our best selling items for 2020?

We’ve come to the end of the season and usually I should say “we’ve just settled our brains for a long winters nap.” But as most of you know me, my brain does not settle down for a long winters nap. I always like to keep going and dreaming of what we will have next year, and what we will be doing next year in 2021. And as most of you must feel right now, that’s anybody’s guess.

One of the most asked questions of this year was,” how’s your business doing?“ Well I can tell you a big fat lie and say everything is just hunky-dory, when the truth of the matter is it’s been rough. I think I’ve taken the necessary precautions to protect the business, but who knows what’s gonna happen next. I tell you this now, I’m just going to trust the Lord. And my plan for this business right now is—-to keep on keeping on. Keep my eyes on the Lord, don’t look back, and move forward.

Another question asked very frequently was “ what was your best selling item?”

Well, here are a few of them:

Hands-down, I could not keep these two pictures in the shop. They were usually spoken for before the customer came in to get them. I love them and can’t wait to see what this vendor comes up with for next year. The cardinal window is not pictured because I forgot to take a picture of any of them before they were all sold.

Secondly, without a doubt, my Christmas trees that I had decorated sold out quickly. I had originally planned to take these to shows as I thought they would appeal to women who did not want to have to decorate their own tree each year. So, I know from the way they sold this year that if I had done any shows outside of here at the shop, they would probably have all been sold at one of my very first shows of the season.

Thirdly, are definitely these arrows and replacements for the arrows that sold so well. I sold out of the Santa’s as well as the snowman and all fall. I can’t wait to bring new ones in for the spring, summer, fall and Christmas/winter.

And lastly, our snow globe/lanterns all sold out and I know several of you were disappointed that you didn’t get one. But, if all goes well, they will have them again next year. I’m sure I’ll bring in new styles.

Well, I have some orders to get ready before Christmas for customers and I will keep you posted on what we are doing. We go to market the first full week of January

I’ll update you with all the finds we snatch up for the coming spring, summer, fall and Christmas/winter seasons.

Blessings on your week and weekend and I’m looking forward to keeping in touch with all of you in the coming new year.

Debbie
